• What about FREE shipping?
Holland: Bestel je meer dan 100 euro dan is de verzending gratis! De verzendkosten naar Nederland zijn €6,90.
Belgium: Bestel je meer dan 100 euro dan is de verzending gratis! De verzendkosten naar België zijn €8,60.
Luxembourg: Order over 100 euro and get free shipping! The normal shipping to Luxembourg is €11,10.
Deutschland: Order over 130 euro and get free shipping! The normal shipping to Germany is €9,00.
Denmark: Order over 130 euro and get free shipping! The normal shipping to Denmark is €15,00.
Sweden: 200 euro eller mer så är det gratis frakt. För frakten betalar du €21,40.
France: Order over 250 euro and get free shipping! The normal shipping to France is €18,95.
Austria: Order over 250 euro and get free shipping! The normal shipping to Austria is €15,80.

• How can I pay at Graffitishop.eu?
You can pay us 100% safe in 3 simple ways: iDEAL (Dutch customers only), PayPal, and by bank-transfer.
We also opened a Plus Girot bank-account as extra service for our Swedish customers!

The quickest way to receive your order is to pay with either iDEAL or PayPal, this way we can process your payment real quick and ship it allmost straight away. Bank-transfer usually take a couple of days. Once we have received your payment, we will send you all the corresponding Track and Trace details.

• What are the shipping fees ?
The shipping fees are calculated automatically when you checkout, you can see them in your shoppingcart. The fees are added according to the weight and the destination of the items.

• When my order will be sent?
We ship orders every day. If you order after Friday morning, it will be shipped the next monday. If you are in a hurry: Paying with Paypal and iDEAL speeds up the total process. Please add your Order ID to the payment details!

• When my order will arrive ?
Usually your order arrives 2 to 6 business-days after we have received your payment. With the Track and Trace information we provide you can easily check the status of your shipping!

• Do I have to be there to sign for delivery?
All deliveries require someone to be present to accept and sign for the delivery. This is simply to ensure the goods were delivered.

• Do you deliver outside the Europe?
Currently we are only able to deliver to European countries.

• Do you recommend the usage of gloves and a paint filter mask?
We strongly advise customers to read all safety precautions on the individual cans before usage, we support the wearing of gloves and paint masks whenever using aerosol paint and stock a wide selection to cater for all users.
